The content of this page relates to the application of Regulation (EU) No 604/2013 otherwise referred to as the Dublin III regulation. On 12th March 2026 this legislation was repealed and replaced with Regulation (EU) 2024/1351 otherwise referred to as the Asylum & Migration Management regulation.
