The brochure for adult applicants titled ‘Your rights and obligations on reception’ supports Member States to provide applicants with comprehensive information about reception conditions, in particular the topics listed in Recital 12, Article 5(1) and Article 21 RCD (2024) which are relevant for the stage of registration.
