The brochure ‘What you need to know when you apply again for international protection (subsequent application)’ is meant specifically for applicants who made a subsequent application. It supports EU+ countries meet their obligation and provide applicants for international protection with information on access to the asylum procedure, in line with Article 8(1) APR. The brochure corresponds to the EUAA ‘leaflets’ to be developed pursuant to Article 8(7) APR. The brochure must be customised by the Member State with country-specific information before use.
