The brochure supports EU+ countries meet their obligation pursuant to Article 19 AMMR to provide information to third-country nationals found illegally staying in an EU+ country about the responsibility determination procedure set out in the AMMR. The brochure corresponds to the EUAA ‘common information material’ to be developed pursuant to Article 20(2) AMMR and it’s addressed to adults. The brochure must be customised by national authorities with country-specific information before use.
