The brochure ‘What you need to know about the EU asylum border procedures’ is meant specifically for applicants in the EU asylum border procedure. It supports EU+ countries meet their obligation and provide applicants for international protection with information on access to the asylum procedure, in line with Article 8(1) APR. The brochure corresponds to the EUAA ‘leaflets’ to be developed pursuant to Article 8(7) APR. The brochure must be customised by the Member State with country-specific information before use.
